This is Roberson's 4th booking a the St. Johns County Jail. He was previously busted for disorderly intoxication last March, according to inmate records.

shiatttt. It's not a good idea to break several laws at the same time (most of us a breaking at least one on any given day). I usually drive the limit and stop and every light on the rare times when I may be a few over. Stone cold sober I've been known to do 35+ over the speed limit. I guess it balances everything out.

If you ever want to get pulled over and searched for drugs, just put anti-republican bumper stickers on your car, a university bumper sticker and if you're male grow your hair out long and put it into a ponytail, and drive under the speed limit. A cop will follow you, wait for you to make the tiniest of infraction, like not stopping long enough at a stop sign, and do a drug search.

/btw: there is no actual law saying how long you must stop, just that you come to a complete stop.
