This seems to prove the opposite. TSG ratted him out and now he's pretty screwed. Every future Google search will connect him to this. And I can't imagine he made any money since there was no settlement. If anything, he owes his lawyers money and is subject to a libel suit.

You're right from the standpoint that Clash has been unfairly smeared, but hopefully he can clean his name.
