Turkey is right to be concerned over the violence in Syria. The last thing they need is an unstable state next door, they already have to worry about attack by Hungary and VietNomNomNom. |

Now if only we can get some China to support that weighty Turkey, we can all go without being Hungry. |

Subby's headline raises a question or two. Is it cranberry relish or cranberry jelly or cranberry sauce? What's best -- fresh killed or frozen (turkey, not the cranberry. |
||
| shivashakti
Get out of here with this "cranberry relish" and get me some cranberry sauce. Ocean Spray! Out of the can! |

Corn boiled in water with roughly a tablespoon of raw sugar (no salt!) is, honestly, what I look forward to most. |

sovietski: tnpir: And mashed potatoes. DO NOT forget mashed potatoes. No shiat. Loaded mashed potatoes. /nomnom Loaded twice baked potatoes with a sea salted potato shell. It's like mashers with the crunch of a french fry wrapped around the outside. |

Not to change the Thanksgiving theme, but, you realize that we're behind Turkey doing this, right? |

FormlessOne: Not to change the Thanksgiving theme, but, you realize that we're behind Turkey doing this, right? What I wonder is if we are influencing Turkey to mess with Syria or are they doing it with the assurance that the US will back them up if it blows up in their collective face? |

All you need to know to make a good turkey: Dry the bird thoroughly with paper towels, apply some sea salt and olive oil, maybe some rosemary. Preheat the oven to 425. Stick it in the oven, turn it down to 350, leave it alone until it's done. Basting is for chumps. |

Um, which rebel group? There are about a half-dozen or more to choose from. Somehow, I don't think it'll be these guys. |

Turkey is bland, flavorless, and typically made even worse by people that cannot be bothered to cook it correctly. Prime Rib for the win! |
