Having watched at the proper link, I can't say for sure what the flying objects are, but the original videographer appears to be Bigfoot.

Very spooky! Look at the 00:16 mark.

A - Reflection of possible Bigfoot
B - Strange ethereal blue blob. Ghost?
C - Some kind of alien implant?
D - May be two eyes (head turned sideways) of a very tiny creature.
E - Huh huh, cleavage

The speculation about holiday budgeting is better.

Because a quick look at the various "UFO" clips seems to indicate that some are bugs, some are bits of dirt or other wind-borne debris, and some are rocks being tossed across the camera's field of view while people point at them. Seriously, those are some of the saddest "UFOs" I've seen in my life.

If they show up even semi-regularly, why wouldn't you set up a camera in a different location, watching the same patch of sky?
That way you'd be able to rule out any localized bugs or debris.

There's a nice farm at the address according to the video - plenty enough room for someone to take one of these down there on their lunch break a few times a week to fly one.
