I doubt she's any more photoshopped than most other models, which is par for the course these days. For her videos she doesn't seem to have the professional make up job so of course she looks a little less doll-like.

Also the thing about her neck not being thick enough to support her head is probably bull, unless the bones inside her neck are also unusually thin.

I'd still hit it. Probably have nightmares after though.
