While some sites probably are exceptions, the majority of porn browsing takes place shortly after 11pm local time, at least in the US. Also, people who browse porn, browse it for about 14 minutes. yeah, it was a slightly awkward business meeting explaining how to leverage traffic patterns to keep costs down. I haven't made so many people blush at once while discussing interface counters.

The only reason I could possibly think of is if the computer was issued by and still property of the school and the students had agreed to a policy of not watching porn on that. Or, if there was an official school policy of no pornography over the school's network. Otherwise, so long as they are over the legal age let them watch all the damned porn that they want.
