RandomRandom: He definitely needs to be locked up, but 30 years? No wonder the US has the highest percentage of incarnation in the entire farking world. Probably charged with burglary, plus a sentence enhancement for wearing a mask (if the mask isn't the greater crime - FL may have old anti-Klan laws that make the commission of a masked crime a special category of bad). Plus there's the fact that the cops had his DNA - meaning he's a repeat offender. That's why the news is so old methinks. It took them 10 months to run the DNA. I wonder how many times he's done this since then. |
