Like you're supposed to keep your own wood chipper in a 6th floor walk-up? Public equipment, let the public use it.

Exactly this very much! The taxpayers are providing this and so they should have the use of this for the reasons upon which are desired by them.

Can I still use a wood chipper to dispose of a body in the park, just not the city's?

/I am asking for a friend who wants to know, for...ummm...informational purposes.

Wow - $900 for a woodchipper rental in 1986? My rentals were less than $300/day after the storm in 2011.

"On the beach, it was unclear how the man died. The medical examiner's office said the case was pending further investigation. But the man had been tied up and placed in a garbage bag, and there were signs of blunt trauma and bruises, the police said."

Pretty simple, sounds like a suicide to me.

"The body found by the forester was identified as that of Thomas Dudley, 21, and he had stab wounds in his neck and a footprint mark on his back."

Another suicide. This is getting too easy.

This was one of our customers.

Their explanation is a bit lacking from the original article, which I have around here somewhere.

The pros take the body and the chipper to go blue fishing.

Those are probably suicides.
