This woman is clearly a heel. She loafed about with these paintings until some poor sole in Europe made the purchase, even though he was not pumped about it. The fact that she tip toed around the government like a kitty on mary jane, to keep her ill gotten gains from a slide back to the people of the Philippines. She intentionally attempted to clog the process as much as possible. I wouldn't be surprised though to see the government flip-flop on this one. Ah well, maybe if she can get a decent pair of work shoes to help her get some of the wealth back to her country this issue would be forgotten about. Stiletto, I doubt any funds will be returned.
