Well, I bought lunch, I guess. That's the only thing I remember buying on Black Friday this year, online or offline.

I did not. I would not. I went past many shopping centers and malls and, while busier than usual, they really weren't thronged with shoppers. So I'm thinking that the various and sundry retailer associations are using the media to create a frenzy to attract sheep. It amazes me that people fall for this shiat.

I came to post something similar but hey, shower took precedence to pointing out useless statistics in a news story.

I am curious though, as to how that number compares to any other 4 day weekend and people out shopping because of the sales etc.
