Even IF there was something to it, it's analogous to a protein shake. If you don't utilize it right away, the body's going to either use it elsewhere or just get rid of it. It's called a "supplement" for a reason; it's supposed to meet a need created by activity; it doesn't work the other way. Thing is, most people who try to solve their activity shortcomings with supplements aren't the most active to begin with -- physically or mentally. So the research could be 100% credible but theanene still wouldn't be any more effective than a placebo to its enthusiasts.
