Protip: After stealing a car and robbing a bank, don't make Youtube video saying that you stole a car and robbed a bank because the government took your baby. And lastly, if you do all this, next time don't put the video to music by Green Day

The girl is obviously mentally ill. Sure she deserves to go to prison for taking other people's stuff, but her mental health issues will probably never be addressed.

I'm sure this is all a surprise to her family, they thought she was perfectly fine.

/They have banks in Nebraska?
/and cars?

Hey now, this is the United States. We don't rehabilitate our criminals, we pen them up with like-minded degenerates in a gang environment and expect them to become better.

Yup, it makes no sense at all. Why send criminals to criminal school so they can network?

I actually do feel for the girl, and the kid, and anyone else effected. From her art again, this isn't just some wacky pot smoking girl, something is serious wrong in her head.

Dear moms.

Please tell your little girls that "Oh em Gee, everybody totally wants to put it IN me, so, what UVER!" isn't an "attitude", it's a personality disorder.

And that they might have to develop a conscience at some point. Lest their pussy pass gets cancelled by some old man in a robe.

Seriously.

Hannah Smotherman-Sabata
Artist | Hobbyist | Traditional Art

United States

Completly self-taught in art and I take pride in it. I am not a "fake" artist. I will not take classes, not because of pride, but because I don't need them. Art is an expression, and I don't need anyone to tell me how to express myself. Anway, born and raised in Nebraska, USA, and I have certainly have been through a lot. Plenty of youth mental and behavioral institutions for the stupidest things. I attempted suicide at 14 and got locked up for it. I went to Boys Town and ran away. Wandered around Omaha in the snow for a while when someone finally allowed me to stay with them and I lost my virginity to rape. Yes, rape. Big black dick. A few months later after I started sleeping around, I contracted HIV. (I was 17 years old.) The douchebag who gave me the disease is PATRICK FONFARA. He's 11 years older than me and works at carnivals. I learned me lesson: don't sleep around. I later found my husband Cory. He knew I had HIV because I don't hide my status from anyone like Douchbag Pat. We later got married and I got pregnant. A month after I got pregnant he got sent to prison. While he was away, I had my son, Augustus Earl, HE IS HIV NEGATIVE HALLELUJAH! but regardless I got him taken away for neglect even though I never got to take him home and I got charged in the hospital for it....because I stopped taking my HIV meds during my 7th month. Call it neglect but women who have abortions don't get charged with murder. Also womenn smoke and drink during their pregnancies and don't get charged for abuse. Plus, legally, the fetus isn't even a farking baby yet. Not that I don't care about my son OH MY GOD getting him taken away has been the worst thing that has ever happened to me and the fact that it was for a bullshiat reason farking makes it worse. And people wonder why I'm so bitter towards The Government. Like, there's kids ACTUALLY being abused and neglected out there, and they pick on an HIV positive 18 year old for stopping taking her medicines?? For real?? The medicine made me sick. Not that it's an excuse. Like don't I have enough to deal with? My husbands in farking prison! I go home from the hospital with NOTHING. Jesus and no one has sympathy. Anyway, sorry about that, that is a major sore spot...anyway....I went to college but I quit for a bit because I got into partying. Right now I'm looking for a job and have a job interview tomorrow But my husband has gone back to jail....we are separated because we are different people. Now I'm with my boyfriend. I love him. But that's my life so far. I try to be the best person I can be I'm at this moment 19 years old.

From The deviant Art profile - suicide attempt at 14. Deflowered by a rapist, infected with aids by a carnie, impregnated by a criminal who ended up in prison, baby taken from her immediately after giving birth because her AIDS meds made her sick during the pregnancy and she stopped taking them.

Who could have possibly predicted that she would end up stealing a car and robbing a bank?

Over a decade ago, the Portugese stopped imprisoning drug offenders, and started to actually try and help them with their problems. Barely 11 years later, hard drug use throughout the entire country fell by half. Source: Forbes

That's hard drugs, which are waaaaay farking addictive. Imagine if we started helping people with non-addictive problems (petty criminals), I can only imagine the success rates would be even more hopeful.

I don't often think this sort of thing, but really at this point anything she learns while incarcerated is a net gain. Issues aside she is as dumb as a post.

I'm not saying that she's not saying some truth there, but to everyone caught up in her story, I cannot wonder if her her myriad of disorders if pathological liar is not among the list. It's in the mix of psychopathic traits of which she seems to exhibit more few.

I am happy to brag that my state (Arkansas) is on the ball with drug treatment and rehab. We have five minimum security units designed to reduce offenders sentences to nine months by successfully completing a nine month rehab program. The offenders have counselors for one on one sessions and group sessions, as well as mental health professionals to help them deal with their problems and addictions. We help them find housing, jobs, and help them get into college. We are also very, very good at what we do, with a 12 percent recividism rate. The pay is shiat, the benefits are shiat, and the hours are shiat, but it is a job that I am proud of. Good people dont need lock up to fix their problems. They just need help. I hope this trend continues.

So if she made a couple of those up? Even if you crossed off half of that list as imaginary , that girl is still pretty f*cked just from what we legitimately know about her. She needs some serious help. Hopefully they can turn her around; Ive seen some pretty messed up people make some amazing turnarounds in my own life.

This is awesome to hear. Substance abuse counseling is a civic service compared to say, factory workers like myself, or most jobs really. Thanks for helping the broken people.

I don't get caught up in her story and yet that doesn't change the situation that she was extremely disturbed at a young age and what she's doing with her art, what she says, and the video are all consistent with her being extremely disturbed.

The likelyhood that much of her story is delusional fantasy (in fact, when repeated it becomes real for a person) doesn't make what's going on with her any less truthful. If fact, it supports it. She needs help and thank goodness she just robbed a bank instead of burning houses down so I give her credit for restraint. If she was stupid AND crazy things could have gone a lot worse.

Yeah, something along the spectrum of borderline personality disorder wouldn't surprise me. There seems to be a fair amount of overlap between many of the profiles of personality disorders. I wonder if this episode will have any effect on the going rates for her artwork.

Her witch membership is still good (?) but she has not been on in a year..and her FB friends are of the opinion that jails the place for her..

The three videos of her and her "friends" are interesting..good enough for the indie film of her story..
