Yep. Unless you're overweight or hugely muscled, if your head can fit through then the rest of your body can squeeze in too even if it's just barely.

This reminds me of an episode of Locked Up Abroad. It's been a while since I saw it, but an American was down in Brazil smuggling drugs and got busted. Some Nigerians were also in Brazilian prison and broke out using the same method this guy tried. The American wanted to escape but he chose not to because he didn't want to be on the run.

Like I said, it's been a while since I saw it and my memory might be off.

I'm guessing headfirst... First, that room is awfully big to be his cell if he was on his way out. Second, in the lower right, there appears to be some brush. In other words, I think that's outside.
