I thought the headline was some form of misdirection but then read in TFA that it actually is the mcafee who makes the virus checker software who is wanted for murder in south america!

Its quite hilarious when you think of the paralells between him being present in Belize and being present on your computer.
At first, he's welcome and seems to be innocently being a welcomed addition. Things start getting weird and not making sense, he begins to cause big disruptions, but always seems to have an excuse. Next thing you know, other systems and people are totally pissed and someone turns up dead. You want him out of your country, but you cant find him. You keep seeing signs of him, but the amount of time you are spending looking for him is costing a fortune. You wish hed never shown up and just want your old way of life back. He tries to go next door to Guatemala, but they've already learned they want none of it.

Now just think of him in terms of his crappy software, Belize and Guatemala both computers and you will see history repeats itself. I wonder how this cycle will play out in Belizean prisons. Maybe theyll just delete the file and all remants.

They're pretty farking corrupt. They aren't really cops like you think of cops.

What an idiot. First he retires to a country who has a reputation as a corrupt country (surprisingly there's no data on them on The Corruption Perceptions Index). Then he gets into some issues with the Belize police. Then he gets involved with a murder. He flees but regularly keeps in touch with the press while he's on the lam. Then he has some bloggers or whatever take a picture with their smartphone, and the picture's EXIF data reveals his locations.

For a rich dude he's a complete idiot. Why couldn't he just retire to Europe? He could have gone to any country there and had hookers for life if sex was a big consideration of where to go. And he wouldn't have had to worry about corruption so much.
