Hey, he was owed an extra 10 minutes. That was at least one unenthusiastic handjob he could have gotten!

"Yes ma'am. From reading the complaint, it says that you short changed him by 10 minutes and you counter that it isn't your fault that he arrived too early. I fail to see how his showing up early has any baring on the service provided"

"No. I didn't say he arrived to early, I said he came too soon"

I never cease to be amazed at how people have an intrinsic sense of "self", or "self importance". They feel that they have been ripped off, and in thier ire, call the police to make things right. I got news for you tards. The police and 911 are there for legit EMERGENCIES. They are a reactionary force, not there to mend your lifelong state of uberstupid. If you break the law, and get ripped off in the process, please, by all means, call the police and report yourself in a fit of indignation. I'm sure they will be empathetic and make things all better in your little bubble of life.

That sounds like the cheapest one she had to offer. He should have upgraded to a deluxe Fark.

Yeah, a contract where one or both parties is contracted to perform an illegal act is not considered enforceable in any common law country, including the US.

Even if you don't know that, how do you not figure it out be basic logic?

"You paid for a hooker and she shortchanged you? Let me make sure I have this right, sir. You contracted for the illegal services of a prostitute and are calling to complain about it? Just to be sure, you made contact with a woman and paid her for sex, which is a violation of the laws of this state, and you want the police to come and take a report about that? Are you sure you want to do that? Okay, I'll send them right down."

Looks like a moon-faced loon but lacks some of the facial characteristics of Downs syndrome. I think that will be my phrase of the day. Moon-faced Loon.

How many Farkers do you know who are Moon-faced Loons.

Noticed the story mentioned that one girl had shown up to his place and he hadn't answered the door and she also complained to police at the time. Sure i read about her story here on fark too.

The Larch: Now prostitutes are allowed to steal with impunity?

The law does not enforce illegal contracts. Since prostitution is a crime, the law does not enforce the contract (written, verbal or implicit) between the prostitute and the client.

The law also does not enforce illegal gambling debts and the like either. This is why illegal gaming and gambling often involves a certain amount of pressure on the gambler who does not pay his debts, such as nailing his head to the floor.

If you can't get satisfaction from the prostitute, pimp, bawdy house, or escort agency, you're shiat out of luck.

Prostitution is still illegal in most places and so is theft but in this case it is not theft--it is failure to perform contractual obligations between prositute and John, made in a non-valid contract at best. Of course, assuming that the prostitute will not roll you is absurd. From the criminal side of the contract, that part is implicit in the contract to take you for whatever they can get.

So, yes, in a way prostitutes can cheat and rob their clients with impunity since the complaint of the John is not legally enforceable.

Caveat emptor.

Also, this was not a 911 emergency. It was properly a police call. And the police would probably arrest you as well as the prostitute and all involved, or at the very least, be somewhat unsympathetic. I'm not saying you should call the police to report yourself, but it makes the investigation of crime a lot faster and easier.

Well, as dim as it is,complaining to the cops is a better idea than complaining to the crooks.

When it comes to illegal transactions, walking away without the goods or services rendered is a big plus.
