Tastes like chicken. |
||
| MaudlinMutantMollusk I once saw a bullfrog try to swallow a blue jay /'try' being the operative word //bird was just few inches longer than the frog |
||
| I_Am_Weasel A Catfish hunter? Well, duh. It's been happening for a long time. For example, he's seen here striking out an oriole. |

naughtyrev: Bottom feeders preying on birds? Sounds like a night out in London. And the difference between a laywer and a catfish? One is a sum sucking bottom dweller. The other is a fish with long whiskers. |

That was crazy. Lower life-forms should never snack on higher life-forms. It's unseemly. This video that was linked at the end about Adam and Billy, the rescued puppy-mill dog has me crying like a little girl: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature= player_embedded&v=K3vyK75-r3g |

Dick Dastardly and Muttley were later seen approaching the catfish for recruitment. |

Amos Quito: Tastes like chicken. Tastes a hell-of-a-lot better than chicken. The catfish will have to fight me for them. And then I'll eat them both. |
||
| robohobo I just watched this an hour or two ago. It was a random non-porn video on a porn site. Don't remember which. motherless, probably. |

why are there dozens of pigeons on that rock and sand bar? my guess is the fisherman on the bridge above are tossing down tons of food to chum both the birds and fish. this is not a normal situation you'd see in the wild. i've seen catfish eat baby ducks and mice that were right at the waters edge but imho you wouldn't have pigeons hanging around rocky shore unless someone tossed food on it often. yes the catfish attacked the bird but normally you wouldn't have pigeons just hanging around water if there isn't food. catfish aren't going to waste their time waiting for the lone bird that flies down to take a quick bath and leaves. |

And some people say evolution isn't a thing /I accept this, makes fishing easier //or is it more like hunting? ///time to get me some pigeons and get me some catfish |

With this, who needs a turducken? I'm sure you'll enjoy tonight's special. We use only the finest catfish, delicately stuffed with wild squab, seasoned to perfection and whole roasted. |

You didn't see the recent thread about Gilda Radner's name being removed from a chapter of the cancer charity formerly known as Gilda's Club? The reason given was that nobody today had ever even heard of her. |

Good on the catfish. They serve a purpose. A tasty, tasty purpose. Pigeons just crap everywhere. |
||
| dennysgod
I see our replacements are taking their first steps onto land. |
||
| martid4 I guess a cat screwed a carp at some point and now the fish are going to chase birds too. It could have been worse, the cat could have screwed a shark. |

| JackieRabbit
This isn't a new behavior. Catfish will try to snatch anything they think is edible if it gets to close, even from the shoreline. |
||
| NeoBad
I for one welcome our snarky sharky land walking catfist overlords....wait, NO, I hate cats and I hate catfisth, but I also hate pidgins, but when all the pidgins are gone what are we gonna do with the catfish monsters....oh well, more target practice for us gun lovers... |
||
| Keyser_Soze_Death
That's completely farking awesome! Predator catfish taste much better then their bottom feeding cousins. |
