| serpent_sky Is it me, or shouldn't an article like that have the photos? Otherwise, what exactly is the point? |

14 year is a helluva long time to be sitting on Santa's lap... |
||
| Because People in power are Stupid Santa is an anagram for someone else. |
||
| impaler But for Chris Burd, 27, of Cottage Grove, Minn., sitting on Santa's lap - only to find out 15 years later that the man is now your father-in-law - was a bit "creepy." WTF am I reading? |

| Nadie_AZ Uh ... my dad was Santa when I was a kid. What's the big deal? |

Huh? So sometimes the guy playing Santa has a daughter, and sometimes that daughter gets married? And the family is actually somewhat "normal" and well-adjusted so the daughter doesn't feel the need to move across the country so the husband is someone who sat on Santa's lap? In other news, some boy got shoes as a kid, then grew up to marry the shoe salesman's daughter. /not news |
||
| mcmnky
//would be interesting if the boy has asked Santa to hook him up with the cute girl in his class, and that girl turned out to be Santa's daughter, and they got married. ///was that the case here? Tried to RTFA, got bored. |

I think a 13 yr old boy sitting on Santa's lap is what's creepy. 27 - 15 = 12, but still I think the last time I sat on "Santa's" lap I was about half that age. I don't actually remember ever believing in Santa. OTOH, my parents are fairly religious so they pushed the other mythical Christmas figure much harder than Santa. /I wonder if a mall Jesus would get much business //Don't steal my idea! |

see, it's shiat like this that makes me glad i am rfusing to make my daughter sit on santa's lap. If she wants to in the future, that's one thing, but at 6 months, she's just gonna cry. Why would i want to do that to her? |

is it just me, or is that article poorly written, overlong and downright confusing. It seems could have been summed up in a few sentences, I hope the author was paid by the word. |

Not to shiat all over the happy love story, but the chances of this happening are far from remote. |

I think a 13 yr old boy sitting on Santa's lap is what's creepy. Hell yeah it is, unless Santa's time card says Sandusky. If I was Santa I'd be worried my daughter wanted to marry a guy who still believed in Santa at 13. |
