That's why it shouldn't have been driven underground, when it was available in stores it was being mixed up locally by brick and mortar businesses. They could of been held accountable for using inferior ingredients or willfully endangering people. But now that it's been demonized and driven underground, of course rotten farkers are going to try and maximize profit at the expense of customers health.
