Last night a Nigerian e-mail made it through my spam filter. It was the one where the guy tells you you got scammed by a previous e-mail and they can get it back for you if you just send them more money.

Usually, it is customary to wait until someone has been scammed first before using that followup scam.

Poor form, that.

They would have made one for zimbabwe, but there wasn't enough space for all the zeros..

In Haitian monopoly, the property cards are all distributed evenly among the players and then taken away by the French. Players roll the dice and move around the board, paying money to France for every square they land on. Once all four players land on the same square again, they trade France eight times the amount of money in the entire game box in exchange for the property cards, and then a bunch of other people who never played the game get to roll the dice and redistribute game pieces from one player to another for no reason. The end.

They should use real African dollars - it would be cheaper than printing the monopoly money.

Whose fault is it that Africa sucks? This question is difficult to research online.
