Anyone with an opinion about anything is a potential troll. The term is overused and more often than not used by an opposing side in an argument in an attempt to shut down and delegitimize their opponents' point of view.

So I guess in an extreme example if I disagree with someone I get to have them arrested because they are "upsetting me." Since I'm "upset" that means clearly I'm the victim of trolling.
