Many of us don't live in HOA-governed suburban hellholes.

I'd like a side-by-side driveway -- but my front yard is only 20' deep from sidewalk to the front of the porch, with eleven feet on either side of the house to the property lines. A suburban hellhole would have at least provided more space for a decent driveway. Ahh well.

I guess if you're not in a HOA zone then yes you could have a paver driveway. I googled it and they look really nice compared to the normal asphalt you usually get. I didn't see many paver driveways where I grew up and ones that I did see were on richer looking houses.
