Toshiro Mifune's Letter Opener
"We're not certain what happened," Lamb said. "The vessel has had water issues for years. The pumps that are used to keep the water out might have lost power and failed. Or something might have happened to the structure below the waterline and the pumps might not have been able to keep the water out."

We have MC Hammer on the line, he'll advise you on the whole pumps thing.

Always wondered what it was. Many other good seafood joints around there anyway.

What's the underwater equivalent of Jewish lightning? Jewish torpedoes, maybe?

Partial sinking at a dock? Unlikely. Fire at sea, possibly.

Wow, a restaurant that's been closed for 8 years might be closed for good. Better cancel my reservation.

They've got one of these near Dubai (actually a bit up the coast in Sharjah) if you ever find yourself in UAE. It's built on the hull of a former pirate vessel, or so they claim.

Arab pirates don't say "Arrrgh!" They say, "Allahu Akbar!" before they rip off your booty and feed you to the sharks.

/Arrrgh

I caught a few small rainbow trout at Marvine Lake, cleaned them quick and brought them to camp where 2 cast iron skillets were waiting. Quick dip in seasoned meal, into a sizzling skillet, the little fishies were done cooking within minutes of swimming.

And then one twitched on my buddy's plate.

We were 18 and hungry, so we got over it pretty quick...

Yeah. I rather suspect someone wasn't doing the needed maintenance on the hull.
