i have a natural BMI of 16, i am healthy, just unable to gain weight due to genetic disposition. it's great that this will deter ladies from starving themselves for the supposed industry standards, but it's also bollocks because it prohibits my participation.

also, i feel that hating on thin women, or as fark calls them "bags of antlers" is especially harsh considering some of us thin folk can't help our weight whatsoever. that is versus the overweight hate, where in most cases the larger ladies and gents actively ate (or immobilized) themselves to their "more to love" ranking.

I had the same problem all the way through college and grad school. At age 27 I moved to the USA, and I no longer have a problem with being skinny :)

I know this is just for models, but I would love it if Oprah was deemed too fat to appear in ads for her own show. If the point is to encourage a healthy conception of what people's bodies should look like, Oprah is clearly a bigger problem than Kate Moss. No pun intended.
