I'm a horrible bowler and I'm nowhere near that area, but that sounds pretty damn awesome.

No. If I bowled 35 games and totaled up my score I might have 300, but i'm lucky to hit double digits when I bowl.

They have karaoke in the bar every night starting at 8:30. Not everyone going is going to bowl. BRING YOUR CAMERAS! There will be plenty of "Real Bearded Santa's" (including me) dressed in what we call "Santa Casual". It's a hoot.

Yea, well ....... wish you could make it ....... Trophies (yea, I splurged) for the top 3 bowlers. I've been inviting numerous service organizations as well, but not getting a good response so there is no telling how many people will show up.

I plan on doing another one of these bowling fundraisers in early March in the San Fernando Valley. Trying to work out the details now. And honestly I don't bowl. Rarely if ever. The Fark Party down at Irvine Lanes last year was the first time i've bowled in ages.

Anyone up for a Fark Party at a Southern California Minor Baseball Geme? California League Class A has some nice stadiums ( I go to Lancaster games a few times a year)

It is quite close. Linbrook is at 200 S Brookhurst (at Lincoln Blvd) and In N Out is at 600 S Brookhurst (at Orange Ave). Very close to my house. I likely won't be attending the event due to a prior commitment.

I have never been to a Fark party, I'm not a Total Fark member. And I hate to bowl. But I love this site so much, it brings bacon flavored tears to my eyes. Should I go? Will I feel out of place not knowing anyone?

I've been working on my bowling since the last OC Party. I totally changed the mechanics of my shot, and finally managed my first 600 series (3 games) on Thursday (202, 238, 162). I'll be there with bells on.

Thanks, I'll have to check it out. La Pizza Grotto in Garden Grove was great a long time ago but deteriorated with age. It's now a Peruvian restaurant but no name change.

I'm going to be in the area at a birthday party, if I want to swing by after, where can I meet you guys? Will you still be going around 11?
