| If you're thinking about buying a trailer from Craigslist, it's understandable if you want to check it out first. But you will raise eyebrows if you do it at 2 a.m |

| skinnycatullus Was the house a-rockin'? Because, if it was, I think the law is pretty clear. |

It's especially bad if the trailer is being sold in the "Men seeking Men" section. |

| Farce-Side FTA: "Once there he found a 31-year-old Fort Walton Beach wandering around a trailer with a flashlight." Thankfully, it wasn't a nude beach. |

Well, going around a parked trailer with a flashlight is a safer bet than going around a trailer park with a flasher. Or, er, so I've heard. |

Hey this reminds me of a great movie from 2000 or so: Snatch. It's a little obscure; you've probably never heard of it. |

Ok I haven't googled his name yet but c'mon this guy has to be named after an old beach fort. Off to chk. /I love the old beach forts in Maine |

| Confusean
Ok wow now I feel stupid. Would it be so difficult to put man after fort Walton beach? |

So, flashlighting a trailer at night is a chargeable offense? Other than trespassing, I can't think of reason to arrest the guy. Yeah it is suspicious, but is it that much more suspicious than if he came around during the day to warrant arresting him? Around here, daylight is not a deterrent for criminals. Sure alot of the crime is in the dark, but we only have eight hours of daylight this time of year. |

I do my stealing before breakfast. |

It sounds like the guy had a valid reason to be there. It also sounds like if it was daylight, he wouldn't have been charged. What is the crime? |

If the trailer was just off the road, in the front yard with a for sale sign then this is BS. However if the trailer was unmarked and further off the road, like a back yard then I don't blame the cop. |

All of my best purchases were made on the street between the hours of 1:30 AM and 4:00 AM, and they were all totally legit and you can't prove otherwise, so there. |

| MythDragon I won't buy any trailer that doesn't come with a dag. |
