| You may not learn this in business school, but if you park your car illegally and it's being towed, let it go, business-school Dean, 'cos it's gone |

No charges have been filed and cause of death has not been determined. Well, there was that whole getting run over by a car thing. But hey, I'm no medical examiner. |

Aspiration on own blood due to crush injuries sounds pretty good. |

Doesn't seem like normal behavior to attempt to jump up on the running boards of tow trucks. |

Not exactly Wharton, is it? In 1977, Arthur Keiser and his mother, Evelyn created a career college, the Keiser School, in Fort Lauderdale to prepare students for jobs in Florida's growing business and healthcare communities. Also, this guy must be impressive to be able to do this: Elias Konwufine, 39, jumped on the running boards on both sides of the tow truck then fell under the wheels of his car as the Capitol Towing wrecker pulled away, Capt. Rick Rocco said. |

"Dr. Konwufine touched and positively shape the lives of his students, alumni, colleagues AND THE PAVEMENT in special ways." There all fixed. /I hope this was filmed by Parking Wars |

Of course it was; he was probably trying to explain -with hefty sarcasm and plenty of expletives- why he was too big a deal to get his car towed. Wouldn't be the first business student/grad/alumni/prof/administrator to get done in by his own moronic hubris. |

I guess Dr. Konwufine just couldn't cut it in today's high-pressure automotive economy. |

Konwufine didn't pass the roll over test. |

"Keiser University" LOL. Yeah, "University" Dean. I'm guessing being a pharmaceutical rep didn't pan out for him. |

"Dr. Konwufine touched and positively shaped the lives of his students, alumni and colleagues in special ways, every day," the school said in a statement. "Collectively our hearts remain heavy as we cope with this tremendous loss." "...this tremendous loss" translates to "...his unrivaled idiotic behavior." |

Guessing they'll file charges soon enough, especially if there's video. Jumping on the running board was stupid, but the tow truck driver should have stopped. /when idiots collide |

Other people have a valid reason (e.g., the tow driver is towing the wrong car) and if the tow driver stops, then he might have to drop the car and SOMEONE is going to pay the fee for the tow (and the "storage fees") and it's NOT going to be the tow driver. Those guys are NASTY, and I've never dealt with a towing company that wasn't willing to break the law to tow more cars. (Not that they're not honest ones out there, it's just I've never encountered one). |

By the headline I was expecting "gone" because by the time you pay all the fines, towing and storage bills, you might have well handed them the title and say keep it. But now I see what you mean. |
