Came here for this.  Having seen "I'm sure he can be cured" as well, I am leaving more than satisfied.

Piglets get huge in no time.How's that going to work when the little guy isn't so little anymore?

And why not just eat the crippled one? Plenty of healthy pigs to keep as pets left.
