  • I'd risk it. That sounds like the top layer of bibimbap, really.
  • That may be the second best hash ever created.

The best hash being one made with left over potatoes (and other things) from a crawfish boil.
  • Oh, man do I want that.

That's not a porcelain-threatening dish.  Sometime when I'm lubricated enough I may share my story of over-indulging on ojinga-bokum and kimchi at a korean church picnic.

    Or maybe not.
  • Back to yer 2 percent milk and mayo diet Subs.
  • Oh, how I miss Art's Cafe on 9th and Irving in San Fran. Teeny-tiny little lunch counter with a typical American grill menu, but also a Korean menu. Many a fine brunch had there.

2 percent milk and mayo is probably way too spicy for Subby.

No. That sounds great, but this is the best hash

  • Ok. I have ulcerative colitis. For those that dont know its a chronic inflamitory bowel disorder that causes SAVAGE diareah. Like blood and brown water poops. Luckly its in remission. It flares up a few times a year or when im really stressed. Other people have it much worse than me.

That being said. WTF IS WRONG WOTH YOUR COLONS? taco bell or kimchi and corned beef should not be causing you that much intestinal distress. Its not the food. Please. Talk to a doctor.

Kimchi is awesome. Pickled cabbage is likely incredibly healthy food for your colon. Its packed with healthy bacteria and fiber. And its tasty.

Talk to your doctor. They might look in your butt. But like. There are ALLOT of people that pay good money to have people do that to them just for fun. Get checked out. There are lots of treatments and medications that could help you out. And in my case they got me high on  demerol before they did it. It. Was. Awesome. Highly recomend.
  • I've got all the ingredients in the kitchen. That's gonna be Sunday Brunch.

My colitis problem started with ignoring an H Pilori bloom for too farking long. As a guy I just tried to power through it by stopping drinking coffee and alcohol and no more curries. Think I missed the curries the most, coffee second and then alcohol.

By the time I convinced the doc that heartburn meds weren't going to do it my whole gastro was knackered. Three years later and I'm finally feeling good with regular movements. Take a poop to get the scoop!

Kimchi certainly isn't going to affect ones colon.  And it's awesome. Mixing it with corned beef sounds great. But I've eaten at Taco Bell twice in my life and spent hours in the bathroom afterwards both times. It's simply the most vile and destructive force on earth.
