It still requires an employee to lead it to the customer via a bluetooth link. How is that an improvement on that same employee just rolling your food to you in something like this...
Seems like a very expensive solution that solves no problem.
I can see that this would be useful for airport employees who don't want to leave their work station or parents of kids who have a mountain of luggage and getting everyone moving in the same direction is a major task. Having to be guided by an employee is stupid though. Just give the employee the to-go bag.
unbelver:Natalie Portmanteau: The G in Gif stands for graphics doesn't it?
The "P" in JPEG stands for "Photographic" doesn't it?
So using your rules, it should be pronounced "jay-feg"
Heh. That would be funny. But I take your point.
I looked around a little about pronouncing acronyms based on the component words and the debate over that seems to be as well settled as the gif / jif debate.
I'm going to keep saying gif, but I'll stop arguing about it.
Well, wait, who created gifts? What do they call them?

FormlessOne: What's that? We haven't yet started a goddamned Crusade to get the name of that robot pronounced as "ghee-tah" instead of "jee-tah?"
