  • He will have to slay Paramount with his Bat'leth.
  • Eat any good books lately?
  • Might be for STO.  They are finishing up an arc of "the Year of Klingons" there, and his VO was pretty important for the first part of it all.

If not, I hope it is for Lower Decks.
  • They always found a lame excuse to get Worf back in the TNG movies. If the show that wants him is Lower Decks, they should shoehorn him in there in the most awkward way they can.
  • Thing is, he's been working as a voice actor for the last 20+ years and has racked up a portfolio in that field that could give even Mark Hamil a run for his money.  Dorne doesn't need Star Trek's paycheck and hasn't for a long, long time.

"First Contact" made sense. He was captaining the Defiant in the battle vs. the cube. As of Generations, he was still tactical / security officer of the Enterprise D. Much better than him just randomly showing up on screen in the other two.

/ still a stupid idea of having the tactical and security officers being the same person.
  • Maybe they want their parking pass back.

(Apparently when TNG finished he did not return his parking pass but kept it as a memento.)
  • Hopefully, it's for Lower Decks.

It made sense that the Enterprise rescued him. But it kinda didn't make sense that the Defiant was there at all. DS9 is at the farthest edge of the Federation. If they had enough notice about the Borg attack to get a ship from their most isolated outpost, then they had time to have a farking huge armada waiting for the Borg. But distances are generally meaningless all over Star Trek. So it's consistent with that.

Poor Harry Kim, I saw video of him at a convention, and it is so painfully obvious he has the same crush I do, on Jeri Ryan. I'm kind of glad I'm not an actor, I probably would have got myself in trouble with her.

Hey!  You and Harry go find someone else to bother.  Seven of Jeri likes ME best, obviously!

That she was one of the reasons that we had Obama as president for 8 years is also very awesome by me.  I suppose, not so awesome is her ex-husband (the Republican running against Obama) being a massive creep to her.  The divorce proceedings leaking are part of the reason that Obama's Senate run turned out the way it did.

The Defiant was made to fight the Borg, that's why it was created. But aside from a paycheck, there's no reason for Michael Dorn to join "Picard". Jeri Ryan was the only redeeming part of that show.

Making it canon that since Voyager ended, she dumped Chakotay's boring ass and started dating women, made the whole show worth it.

Holy shiat, I stopped watching the show too early.

At least Worf got to have one notable success:

Picard.and Discovery have managed to retroactively kill any enjoyment/love I had for Star Trek.
What was the point of it all, really?

I dunno, Jeri Ryan is still really hot even though I'm more into goths than blondes?

I don't get how it ruins earlier shows. I mean, the 4th Indiana Jones movie ruined the 4th Indiana Jones movie for me, but I can still enjoy the first three.
  • Sounds like Dorn is trying to start a grassroots campaign.

Worf was just marginally a 3 dimensional character.
