Thomas says Supreme Court after leaked draft opinion is 'not the court' of Ginsburg's era

Justice Clarence Thomas on Friday expressed dismay at the recent leak of a draft Supreme Court opinion that would strike down Roe v. Wade, comparing it to "an infidelity" and saying it has changed the culture of the nation's highest court.

Just for reference, that's the John Yoo that told the Bush administration that torture was okay. So for once, Thomas isn't the biggest scumbag in the room.

But seriously, Thomas has been the least productive member of the SCOTUS ever. He spent most of his time on the court copying off of Scalia's paper and has simply been a "present" vote along partisan lines otherwise.

If only we'd listened to Anita Hill....

I find the butthurt over the SCOTUS leak absurd.

These aren't trade secrets.
This isn't a private institution.
This isn't a case of national security.

It's the people's court. And any arguments should be based on logical interpretations of constitutional law.

The real problem is there's a class of politicians and political hacks (on the Supreme Court) who want to subjugate or allow for the subjugation of most of us without our noticing.
