Good Times' wild sauce is pretty good. Anywhere that has malt vinegar around often ends up with it on my fries. But most generally, nothing.

My kids prefer Utah fry sauce. I make it with ketchup, mayo, and (just because I don't want them to be completely pasty) a generous dose of Tabasco sauce.
