Real News. Real Funny.

  • I think I might risk a DUI to get a bleeding man to a hospital. Though hopefully I'd be sober enough to think about calling an ambulance instead.
  • Sounds like it was a great evening.
  • That's why we should stabbing victim checkpoints instead of sobriety checkpoints. Everyone just pops open their trunk for the cops to have a peek. If you haven't stabbed anyone, you have nothing to hide.
  • Deputies say the stab wounds were the result of an altercation earlier that Saturday night.

That's some fine police work Lou. Are you certain the stab wounds didn't appear spontaneously earlier that week, perhaps on Wednesday?
  • If he had kept his stabbing victim in a locked case within the trunk of the car, he'd have been fine except for a DUI, assuming he could get a friend to drive his car away to prevent it being taken to the police impound and inventoried. Arizona v. Gant.

Well, what do we have here? Empty alcohol containers, the driver's inebriated and covered in blood, he's got scratches on his face and arms, there's a blood-soaked corpse in the shovels in there, and a hand-drawn map titled, "This is where we'll hide the body." Well, that all seems fine. Sorry to bother you, sir.
  • Alcohol is odorless, so I just have to worry about the other two.
